Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate live chat conversations across multiple platforms
- Enforce community guidelines and brand standards consistently
- Resolve user conflicts with empathy and professionalism
- Escalate critical issues to senior moderators within SLAs
- Document moderation activities and provide weekly insights
- Participate in monthly training sessions on platform updates
- Maintain accurate moderation logs for compliance reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in community moderation or customer support
- Exceptional written communication skills (native English proficiency)
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with emotional intelligence
- Proficient in typing (60+ WPM) with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Experience with moderation tools (ModSquad, ModCP, etc.) preferred
