Responsibilities

- Resolve user inquiries and technical issues efficiently through written communication.

- Engage with users to foster a positive and welcoming community atmosphere.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, chat moderation, or technical support.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong command of the English language with impeccable grammar and spelling.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in high-volume situations.
