Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate live chat conversations across multiple platforms (social media, forums, gaming communities)
- Enforce community guidelines and content policies with precision
- Escalate policy violations and inappropriate content to senior moderators
- Document moderation activities and generate weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content strategy improvements
- Provide real-time support during high-traffic events and product launches
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions and resolution outcomes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in content moderation, customer service, or community management
- Exceptional written communication skills with flawless grammar
- Ability to remain impartial and objective in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Discord, Twitch, Reddit)
- Proficient in using moderation tools (ModSquad, Modibot, Khoros)
