Responsibilities

- Answer member inquiries promptly, accurately, and with a friendly, professional tone.
- Enforce community policies, resolve conflicts, and de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- Escalate complex technical or policy issues to the Senior Moderation team for further review.
- Engage with users to foster a positive community atmosphere and encourage active participation.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records of reported incidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
- Ability to maintain a neutral and empathetic tone when dealing with sensitive topics.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or chat platforms is a plus.
