Responsibilities
- Monitor live chat channels for inappropriate content, spam, and policy violations.
- Provide timely and accurate technical support and product information via text-based chat.
- Enforce community guidelines to maintain a positive user environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior moderators when necessary.
- Educate users on platform features and best practices.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all written communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in customer service or chat moderation is preferred but not required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting.
