Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve complex technical issues and product inquiries with precision
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 95%+ data accuracy
- Collaborate with product teams to identify service improvement opportunities
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs including CSAT scores and resolution rates
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and SOP development
Qualifications
- 3+ years in customer support or technical support roles
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills for SaaS products or software systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with proven remote work experience
- Ability to work PST hours (9 AM - 6 PM) from home office
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
