Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in case management platforms
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Maintain customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, FCR) above 95%
- Participate in ongoing product and process training
- Identify opportunities for service improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM software (Salesforce knowledge a plus)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office space
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Philadelphia residency required (for local support focus)
