Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and empathetic tone.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Must reside in the San Antonio, TX area or be willing to relocate to the region.
