Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
- Accurately update and maintain customer records and account information in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support) to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Provide product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office space.
