Job Overview
We are looking for friendly, patient, and detail-oriented individuals to assist our customers via chat, email, and phone. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a friendly and professional tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Process orders, returns, and account information accurately.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates through ongoing training.
- Maintain a distraction-free home office environment during shift hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (college students welcome).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a modern computer/laptop.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM.

- Must be available for shifts between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST.
