Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Diagnose customer issues and provide accurate, effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve service protocols.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide consistent support.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or retain customers while maintaining a high level of service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional customer service experience preferred.
- Must reside in the United States and have a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software (experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar is a plus).
