Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages regarding products, services, and account status.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Process Orders: Accurately process returns, exchanges, and new orders through our CRM systems.
- Maintain Records: Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our internal database for quality assurance.
- Upsell & Cross-sell: Identify opportunities to suggest additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience in a call center or remote setting is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Hardware: Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Soft Skills: Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
