Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in remote/hybrid environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) and Microsoft Office
- Stable high-speed internet connection and quiet workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Chicago residency preferred (not required)
