- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily via virtual phone system
- Resolve billing inquiries and technical support issues using CRM tools
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce within 2-hour SLA
- Meet daily performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT)
- Participate in virtual team huddles and ongoing training
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years customer service experience (remote preferred)
- High-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Zendesk/Salesforce or similar platforms
- Available to work evenings/weekends (peak hours 4 PM - 9 PM CT)
- Reliable transportation for occasional in-person training
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
