Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Process orders, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain detailed CRM records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex cases
- Meet daily KPIs for response time and resolution efficiency
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to team success
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid setting
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
