Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Conduct regular check-ins and onboarding sessions for new remote team members or clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting technical issues and product inquiries.
- Collaborate with product development to provide feedback based on customer needs.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly reports for management.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts with a focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success or account management within a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Must reside in the United States (Georgia preferred).
- Self-disciplined and capable of managing time effectively in a remote setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
