Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized success plans for 50+ enterprise clients
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities through quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to drive feature adoption and feedback loops
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction score through strategic relationship management
- Analyze usage data to identify upsell opportunities and retention risks
- Create customized training materials and conduct virtual onboarding sessions
- Document client interactions and success metrics in Salesforce CRM
Qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS customer success or account management
- Proven ability to manage enterprise client portfolios ($100K+ ARR)
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience required)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Data-driven approach with analytical mindset
- Ohio residency required (must be physically located in state)
