Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients via virtual training sessions and personalized setup
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues through our support portal
- Develop deep product expertise to become clients' go-to resource
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical bugs
- Create and maintain client health documentation
- Drive adoption of premium features through targeted workshops
Qualifications
- 3+ years in B2B SaaS customer success or support roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce) and helpdesk systems
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack/Zoom)
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Proven track record of exceeding client satisfaction metrics
- Relevant certification (CSM, AWS, etc.) preferred
