Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Assist clients via phone, email, and live chat to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve account concerns efficiently.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose software and hardware problems and provide step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Escalation Management: Identify complex issues that require specialized attention and escalate them to the appropriate technical team promptly.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality metrics and call scripts to ensure a consistent and professional customer experience.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate common customer feedback and product concerns back to the product development team.
- System Navigation: Utilize internal tools and knowledge bases to find answers quickly and accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM) on a consistent schedule.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills and familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Teams).
- Internet: High-speed, stable internet connection is mandatory for remote work.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification is a plus.
