Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat within 2-hour SLA
- Document interactions using Zendesk with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with billing department to resolve payment issues
- Identify trends to improve customer experience and reduce escalations
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score
- Train new support staff quarterly
- Participate in daily stand-ups and bi-weekly strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years customer support experience in SaaS/fintech
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, and CRM tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in remote environment
- Flexibility to cover evening/weekend shifts (1x monthly)
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- PCI compliance certification preferred
