Responsibilities
- Resolve technical inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ customer satisfaction
- Master proprietary software systems to troubleshoot complex issues
- Document all interactions in CRM with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical bugs
- Maintain 30-minute average response time for all tickets
- Train customers on new features during onboarding sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience in remote/tech environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Jira, and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software independently
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Valid Nevada work authorization
- Experience with SaaS platforms preferred
