- Utilize provided CRM software to document interactions and track resolution metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical issues
- Conduct proactive outreach to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Participate in weekly virtual training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Monitor support ticket queues and maintain service level agreements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience in tech/SaaS industry
- Proficiency with remote work tools and troubleshooting methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to diagnose technical issues with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace
- Associate degree in IT or related field preferred
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms
- Valid US work authorization required
