Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, chat, and email, troubleshooting hardware and software issues with patience and expertise.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of customer tickets to ensure rapid resolution and high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
- Document all customer interactions, solutions, and technical issues in our CRM database accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product updates and industry trends to provide accurate guidance to our client base.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards during every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service roles (1-3 years preferred).
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and proficiency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Teams).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as our support center operates 24/7.
