- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Reporting: Develop, maintain, and automate regular reports and dashboards using SQL and visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend data-driven solutions to improve business efficiency.
- Documentation: Create clear documentation for data pipelines, methodologies, and analysis processes to ensure knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database querying and experience with at least one visualization tool (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
