Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain client databases with alphanumeric and numerical data
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and error resolution with 99.5% accuracy targets
- Process high-volume transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols
- Generate daily productivity reports and performance metrics using Excel/Google Sheets
- Collaborate with team leads to implement process improvements for data integrity
- Adhere to HIPAA, GDPR, and industry-specific compliance standards
- Train on proprietary data management systems and workflow automation tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional data entry experience with proven accuracy records
- 60+ WPM typing speed with 10-key proficiency (certificate required)
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and database management
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify data anomalies
- Self-motivated with excellent time management in remote environments
