Responsibilities
- Assist customers via email, chat, and phone with inquiries and technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share knowledge.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding response time and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
