Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and chat for clients across the US
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using remote access tools
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting processes
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical escalations
- Conduct virtual system updates and security patches
- Train clients on new software implementations and best practices
- Monitor ticket queues and maintain SLA compliance
Qualifications
