Responsibilities
- Conduct professional outbound calls and engage with potential clients to identify their needs and offer solutions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through effective communication and relationship building.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Utilize CRM software to accurately record customer interactions and update account information.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company brand professionally during all interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Must reside in the Cleveland, NC area or be willing to relocate to the area for this fully remote position.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace are mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn new software systems and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
