Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new B2B prospects through strategic outreach (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
- Develop customized solutions to address client pain points and close sales deals
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ client satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline activity and forecast accurately
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and contract negotiations
- Participate in weekly team training sessions to refine sales techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with demonstrable quota achievement
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with C-level executives
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote work environment
- Excellent written/verbal communication and time management
- Experience with SaaS or technology sales preferred
- Valid US work authorization and reliable home office setup
