- Configure and maintain remote hardware systems including headsets, monitors, and peripherals
- Provide technical support for California-based clients via phone and chat
- Document equipment issues and resolutions using our proprietary CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize remote workflows
- Conduct daily equipment checks and inventory management
- Train clients on new remote technology implementations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for hardware/software
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous remote work experience required
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license for equipment logistics
