Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise systems and security protocols
- Monitor and respond to security alerts and incident reports during night shifts
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote access tools
- Document all technical procedures and maintain detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical system updates
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement remediation actions
- Ensure compliance with NIST and cybersecurity frameworks
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with cybersecurity focus
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments and network protocols
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid U.S. work authorization and reliable home internet
