- Stay updated on product manuals and firmware updates
- Report equipment performance trends to engineering teams
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support or equipment maintenance experience
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools and diagnostic software
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical/electronic systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license (for occasional local travel)
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred
