Responsibilities
- Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of industrial machinery using provided specialized equipment
- Conduct virtual preventative maintenance schedules via IoT monitoring systems
- Collaborate with field technicians to resolve complex equipment issues
- Document maintenance activities and technical reports using our proprietary software
- Train clients on equipment operation and remote monitoring protocols
- Analyze performance data to recommend system optimizations
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for critical equipment failures
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in industrial equipment maintenance or technical support
- Expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical systems
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools and IoT platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license for occasional local travel
- OSHA certification preferred
- Experience with CMMS software required
