Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and calibrate specialized equipment at client sites
- Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Conduct preventive maintenance and equipment upgrades
- Document service reports and maintain accurate inventory logs
- Collaborate with Virginia-based engineering team on system optimizations
- Train clients on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or technical support
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and remote monitoring software
- Ability to travel to client sites within Albuquerque, NM area
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
