Responsibilities
- Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting on industrial equipment using provided specialized tools
- Conduct virtual equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling for client sites
- Generate detailed technical reports and documentation using company-provided software
- Collaborate with field technicians to resolve complex equipment issues
- Train clients on proper equipment operation and preventive maintenance protocols
- Monitor equipment performance data and recommend optimization solutions

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Engineering, IT, or related technical field
- 2+ years of hands-on equipment maintenance experience
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools and virtual communication platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional on-site visits
- CompTIA A+ or similar technical certification preferred
