Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain remote monitoring systems for industrial equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues via remote diagnostics tools
- Train clients on equipment operation through virtual reality simulations
- Document service reports using our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with engineering team for equipment optimization
- Conduct periodic virtual equipment audits and performance reviews
- Support emergency call-out procedures during critical failures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of technical support experience with industrial equipment
- Proficiency in remote diagnostic software (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong problem-solving skills with mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- OSHA certification preferred
- Experience with VR training platforms a plus
