- Install, configure, and maintain remote equipment systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via virtual support channels
- Document service tickets and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using our proprietary software
- Conduct periodic equipment audits and performance optimization
- Train clients on equipment operation through virtual sessions
- Adhere to cybersecurity protocols for remote access
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
- 2+ years in equipment maintenance or technical support
- Proficient with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
