As a key member of our Operations Division, you'll ensure seamless equipment deployment and maintenance while collaborating with global teams. This premium role combines technical expertise with client-facing excellence in a supportive, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure remote hardware systems including servers, networking gear, and specialized equipment
- Conduct proactive maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting across distributed infrastructure
- Document all equipment lifecycle activities using our proprietary asset management platform
- Coordinate with logistics partners for equipment shipping/receiving and inventory control
- Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders on equipment specifications and usage
- Implement security protocols and compliance standards for all physical equipment
- Generate performance reports and optimization recommendations for equipment fleet
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in hardware management, IT operations, or related technical field
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical credentials required
- Proficiency with remote monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios) and asset management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex equipment issues remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional equipment pickup/dropoff (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting SLA targets
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments preferred
