- Install, configure, and maintain remote equipment systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via remote access tools
- Perform preventive maintenance and system optimization
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Train end-users on equipment functionality and best practices
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in technical support or equipment maintenance
