- Install, configure, and maintain specialized hardware/software systems
- Document technical procedures and create detailed troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions
- Conduct regular system audits and preventive maintenance protocols
- Train clients on equipment operation and best practices
- Manage inventory of replacement parts and consumables
- Adhere to industry compliance and security standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support or equipment maintenance experience
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong diagnostic skills for mechanical/electronic systems
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Excellent written communication abilities for client documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid North Carolina driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
