Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance or technical support
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools and virtual collaboration platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to guide others through complex repairs
- Valid technical certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, HVAC, or industrial automation)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
