Responsibilities
- Provide remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for industrial equipment using company-provided tools and software
- Coordinate on-site repairs with local technicians when remote solutions aren't feasible
- Document all maintenance activities and client interactions using our proprietary CRM system
- Train clients on equipment operation and preventive maintenance protocols
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend system improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop remote support protocols
- Maintain accurate equipment inventory and service records
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance or remote technical support
- Proficiency with diagnostic software and remote monitoring tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for occasional site visits
- CompTIA A+ or similar technical certification preferred
