Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions via remote support tools
- Install, configure, and maintain client hardware/software systems
- Document troubleshooting procedures and technical solutions
- Collaborate with engineering teams for complex issue escalation
- Conduct regular equipment performance audits
- Train clients on equipment operation and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in equipment repair or technical support
- Certification in CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
