Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor and maintain cloud-based infrastructure across 500+ endpoints
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues via remote access tools
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect company digital assets
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system optimization projects
- Train end-users on new technologies and security best practices
- Conduct monthly infrastructure health assessments and performance tuning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or infrastructure management
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace with reliable internet connection
