Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for cloud-based systems, VPN configurations, and endpoint security
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including MFA and network access controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects and system upgrades
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Train end-users on new technologies and security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support with enterprise systems
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification required
- Expertise in Active Directory, Office 365, and endpoint management tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues (VPN, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and remote desktop tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- US citizenship or permanent residency required due to client contracts
