Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Configure and deploy company-provided equipment to new team members
- Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain accurate technical records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT challenges
- Conduct system updates and security patches on managed devices
- Provide onboarding support for new remote employees
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose technical issues remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical training
