Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and product questions using CRM systems
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolution outcomes
- Collaborate with global support teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in continuous training to master new products and technologies

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or night shift environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
