Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of client accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
- Resolve complex technical issues and escalations during the night shift.
- Conduct training sessions and product walkthroughs for new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to drive product improvements.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
- Document all interactions and support cases in our CRM system accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, or Account Management.
- Proven experience working in a 100% Remote environment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Availability to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
