Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer tickets via multiple channels (email, chat, phone) during night shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and account inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Provide clear, concise documentation for complex issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support or technical assistance (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
