Responsibilities
- Deliver 24/7 multi-channel customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve complex technical issues with empathy and precision using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain seamless service continuity
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case histories in CRM platforms
- Proactively identify process improvements and escalate critical issues
- Meet/exceed SLAs for response time and resolution metrics
- Participate in continuous training on new products and protocols
- Support QA initiatives through call reviews and feedback sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or technical support roles
- Proven ability to work independently in remote environments
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule including weekends
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
